Rory is from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Karen is from Winnipeg, Manitoba. They met in Visalia, California in The Celebrant Singers music group. Rory was the drummer and bus driver. Karen was a singer. She's also a very skilled key board player. They married in 1991 and have been blessed with three wonderful children, who love the Lord, love each other and love people.

Rory and Karen are positive, fun loving, optimistic and compassionate. They have a passion about seeing people come into a faith relationship with God through Jesus Christ through repentance and the regenerating work of God’s Holy Spirit. "Life change"
God has used Rory and Karen to touch the lives of thousands with the Gospel of Hope in Jesus Christ, through personal relationships and evangelistic and Pastoral ministry.
Karen with the help of their daughters developed a ministry hosting 3 banquets a year, based on Ephesians 3:20 to lead women of all ages to faith in Jesus to be more than they could think, ask, dream, or imagine through life changing repentance and the regeneration of the Holy Spirit. It's called "H.E.R." women who are Healed Empowered and Relentless for Jesus, These HER events sell-out over 100-120 women attending, touched, and changed by God's Holy Spirit.
